Anchored Hybrid Enrichment yields insights into Salvia (Lamiaceae) Phylogentics.

Salvia (sage; Lamiaceae) is a large genus that has undergone rapid radiations in at least three distinct geographical regions (China, the Mediterranean region, Mexico/South America). The bursts of diversification have made it difficult to resolve relationships within Salvia using Sanger sequencing methods. Here, we use Anchored Hybirid Enrichment to elucidate relationships within Salvia that have previously proven intractable.
