Exhibit Hall Schedule for this year

Sunday - 9:00 am – 5:00 pm – Set up….must be set up by 5:00 pm. In addition, attendees are hanging their posters and are in and out all day.
7:30 – 10:00 – Opening Reception for the Conference. Cocktail party atmosphere - all attendees are invited – Hors ‘oeuvres and cash bar

Monday - 12:00 pm – 7:00 pm - The Poster session in the Hall is 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm….again a party atmosphere with attendees presenting posters….light snacks and a cash bar.
Tuesday - 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Wednesday - 9:00 am – 4:00 pm – Hall will close after the afternoon coffee break.

Advertisements in the Conference Program Book & Abstract Book
Each ad ordered for inclusion within the text of a conference publication should be submitted as a camera-ready PDF - 7" x 9" with or without bleeds.
Deadline: The BSA Conference Office must receive the application form and all advertising materials for inclusion within the Publications by May 1, 2018.

The Botany 2019 conference team will insert your brochure, order form, or handout in the conference packet given to all registrants. The regular fee for inserting materials is for each piece. Materials for insertion should not exceed 9” x 12” in size. Charges for shipping, storage, and delivery to the site of the Conference are the responsibility of the vendor. 1000 copies of all insertion materials must be clearly marked as Botany 2019 Registration Materials and shipped to arrive no later than Thursday, July 25, 2019.

Purchase an 8’ table showcasing up to 12 publications or journals. The display will not be staffed. Qualifying items may be used for Door Prizes at the Celebrate! party on Wednesday evening. Materials must be clearly marked Botany 2019 Exhibit Materials and shipped to arrive no later than Thursday, July 25, 2019.

Banner Ads - Qualifying Exhibitors are entitled to Banner ads on conference registration and abstract pages.
Ads will be placed shortly after being received to the conference office (johanne@botany.org). Ads can be 160 x 600 px or 728 x 90 px.
